We post the minimum server requirements for each program. If you purchase a program or script from us and your server has the script requirements, and you can't get the script to work. We will install the script for you, if we can't install the script, we will refund your purchase price.

Ninety Five percent of all our support questions are directly related to permission settings in the script. All of our programs and scripts come with instructions on how to install them. Always double check to make sure you uploaded the script correctly, Binary or ASCII, as required. Double check that the settings are correct (chmod) if using UNIX servers.
